Kundalini Yoga classes include precise and conscious use of breath, mudra (hand postures), eye-focus, mantra (chanting), meditation, body locks and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity and purify the blood.

The Didgeridoo is an Australian aboriginal wind instrument used for rituals and ceremony. It is used in meditation and healing sessions to help and harmonize physical as well as energetic disturbances. Playing the Didgeridoo expands lung capacity and played with a focused intention can bring calmness and healing to the body mind and soul.

The combination of Kundalini Yoga and Didgeridoo in a class will create the space for your being to rise and shine safely, concluding with the grounding sound of the Didgeridoo to integrate the experience in your body as wisdom and apply it in your daily life.
