One day while allowing myself to spread loving vibrations and harmony instead of letting my ego govern my life Signs of love was born. Healing myself heals others and that’s when the Universe invited me to take part of this traveling Exhibition in Athens organized by Blanka Amezuka.
Sign of Love will be exhibited in three mobile walls that will be carried and place in different locations on a weekly basis in the streets of Athens beginning November 30th 2011.

NURTRURE: With great honor and joy I am cooking for one of my first teachers in NJ this weekend. So much love and gratitude I feel for her and the wisdom she carries and shares with me. She is like an amazing Pandora box. Every time you meet her again there is more knowledge she is ready to share. The thing I love the most is that she is your guide, your guardian whenever she works with you, either in a past life regression, or feng shui for your home, or energy clearings and it is YOUR timing that she will follow and give you space to grow on your own. Allowing you to go through the process regardless of what she might see or perceive in the realm of the unknown about your life.

As summer is approaching this Gnocchi del 29 I am looking forward to share 16 Barras by Don Rimx and Alex Seel. A multimedia community project that can be traced around different parts of Brooklyn. Bike group showing-tours are being coordinated for the near future.

16 Barras by
Don Rimx and Alex Seel
The project has been developed by Puerto Rican artist Edwin Sepulveda aka Rimx and by American photographer/videographer Alex Seel and is currently midway through full conception in Brooklyn, NY.
The blueprint of “16 Barras” is the creation of a poem, divided into 16 murals around a specific neighborhood in Brooklyn. Each mural features a portrait of a neighbor in said community with one word of the poem. They are all enumerated to maintain continuity, making the lecture of the poem in its entirety possible. This creates a relationship between the art and its location, while invigorating pride within the community and its people. It also comments on the importance of the relationship between the process of making public art and the documentaion that perpetuates and allows us to thoroughly study the natural quality of an ephemeral art form, while also reflecting the significance of a portrait in an ever-changing landscape.
The entire artistic process is being documented through photography and video, setting the ambience of the neighborhood, its daily vivacity and the reaction of the residents who share this urban space. The documentation is completely natural without altering the normal daily flow. A map, including each of the pieces, is also being routed out so spectators can document the poem through their own personal urban journey, if they so desire.

His repertoire includes original compositions, unique arrangements of popular Brazilian Bossa Nova songs, as well as selections from Classical composers such as Heitor Villa-Lobos, Agustin Barrios, Francisco Tarrega, and Jorge Morel.

Creative ProcessThese images are part of the creative process and research I did while creating Ine Bank.
Ine-Bank reflects the interaction between Suisse Bank’s investor’s expectations in regards to the Institution financial performance of their investments, adding the unpredictive behavior of the global economy. Unpredictability is modeled by the sprinkling of water on a mannequin wearing a dress made of a special water-soluble fabric. As water trickles down onto the model, her dress gradually dissolves and she is left partially naked, helpless and vulnerable.
Only after a catastrophe such as this happens, we realize how much weight we put on our expectations and assumptions about certain institutions that may seem all-powerful, but at the end it is as vulnerable as we are. Yet, as the world is gradually discovering, blind faith cannot be put into an institution merely because it has a reputation.
NURTURE
About two years ago my soul sister Laura called me up the night she was in labor to ask me if I could come spend some time with her and her husband, so he could rest and she could have another female energy around.
Without a doubt and not knowing what to expect I said yes. Fourteen hours later, after massages, reading guided meditations, a bath with aromatherapy, surges, pain and some sleep I was witnessing my first birth only from a few feet away. This amazing moment awakened honor and deep respect for all the mothers and fathers, understanding that sex is a sacred act and it should be treated as such. Realizing also that it is with the effort of many and a clear and genuine intention that great things can be achieved. That harmony arrives after many trial and errors and surrendering to what is. A strong sisterhood bond materialized effortlessly between us during the whole 14 hours, a deep understanding and communication that can’t be explained but it is there. We both know we are there for each other no matter what, whenever we need. Making me part of this beautiful moment Laura helped me discover this innate soothing doulistic skill I carry in my vibration. It is then that friends and friends of friends started calling me to have me around during their pre and postpartum weeks. This calling led me to discover with their help that having home made food in their freezers for the weeks before and after birth makes the transition time easier and smoother. Laura called me to join forces again fro her second birth, this time I spent 6 weeks with her family, which allowed me to see the day to day of what it means to lead a family with grace, love and intuition no matter what the circumstance is.
After helping her my friend Kasia, who is due April 14th, asked me if I could be with her during her birth and with honor I accepted this request. Again the food matter came up so I cooked fresh home made food for her to have for the next four weeks. I am now opening up this door to let all the moms to be know that I can be there for you, either preparing food at your house to let the yummy sacred flavors inspire nurturing vibrations or deliver the food to your house.
